He has brought discernible transformation in CTU functioning through need-based academic and research programs, setting up Research and Innovative Centre for Excellence, Centre for Social Impact Strategy, zero-waste campus, and fostering an efficient system of performance monitoring and linkage with academia and industry.

Having a strong flair for scientific writing, he has published about 100 research and policy papers in scientific journals, magazines and newspapers.
