Dr. H P Singh, Vice Chancellor, the ICFAI University, Himachal Pradesh is a distinguished academician, researcher and educational administrator. A PhD from Andhra University & M Tech from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, he has been actively engaged in teaching and research for more than 38 years.
He has been the Chief Executive officer of Podar Group of Educational Institutions & Pro Vice Chancellor of SGV University, Jaipur.

He has authored two books and published a number of Research Papers in National/International Journals. He is a specialist in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning & Network Security.

He is the recipient of the presidential award, Vishisht Seva Medal (VSM) for his distinguished service of exceptional order to the nation. He is also the recipient of International academic & Research Excellence Award, 2019.
He is a fellow of the Institution of Engineers (FIE), India and Chairperson of a number of Committees at the ICFAI Universities.
