Professor Neelima Gupta, Vice-Chancellor, TMB University, Bhagalpur & Vice-Chancellor, Munger University, is a professional with a dedicated career in the field of administration, teaching and research.

She has served as Vice-Chancellor, CSJM University, Kanpur, Dean, Students Welfare, MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly, Coordinator/Principal Investigator, Centre of Excellence, MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly, Member of the Higher Education Inward Mission at the British Council and Officiating Finance Officer, MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly.

During her career, she has received numerous recognitions including the President of India’s Nominee as Member, Executive Counsel, Central University of Tamil Nadu and UGC Nominee, Board of Governors, Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida.

Prof Gupta was awarded the Saraswati Samman from the Government of Uttar Pradesh, the Dr Sah Abidi Vishisht Krishi Vaigyanik Award from the Government of Uttar Pradesh and the Vigyan Ratna from the Council of Science and Technology and Centre of Excellence, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
